We had a fun day as we headed to the Arboretum to meet up with our friends. It was hot and crowded, but so beautiful and the kids loved all the new play things. We walked right by Laura Bush (a new neighbor of ours) but by the time we realized who it was she was surrounded by people.

I CAN DO IT TOO!

Ena thinks she is SO big and can do anything her big brother does. When Dresden climbed up and sat on the window seal she was right behind him showing she can do it too!

COLORADO TRIP!

Grandma and Grandpa Whitney with ALL 20 Grandchildren!

We Celebrated Betty's 2nd Birthday

All the cousins got to blow out their own candle

Coen and Ciena's first time hitting the pinata!

We had such a fun trip to visit family in Colorado! Dresden can't stop talking about his cousins and keeps telling me that next time we go to Colorado we are staying for 40 days! Chad took Dresden skiing and enrolled him in an all day ski school that he loved! The twins loved being around Grandma and Grandpa, Ciena especially loved Grandpa and Coen was best buddies with anyone who would read him a book (he loves books)! It was a great time, thanks Whitney family for everything!

Baby Charlotte!

It was SOOO great to spend time with Kelly and Dave and meet their adorable baby girl, Charlotte! Kamilah also flew in from NYC, and the plan was to stay with Kelly for the weekend and help out with the new baby. I don't think we were much help, Kelly has it all down! She is such a natural (which I knew she would be) and makes motherhood look so easy! Charlotte is a perfect little angel, sleeps and eats when she should and makes little noise in between! It was the perfect break for me, and a fun and relaxing weekend!! We stayed in our PJ's all day, ate lots of yummy food (still craving the choc. chip pumpkin bread), watched movies in the middle of the day, and of course the season finale of "The Bachelor"!
