Sea World!

If you ask Dresden his favorite part of Sea World, he will definitely say "Shamu"! He especially liked it when Shamu splashed the crowd.

Looking at the Alligators, Dre is pointing at the turtles.

Cute little toes peeking out from our sleeping babies!

This picture has a story . . .
Dresden has been fully potty trained for a while now, but when he is in a fun place like Sea World the last thing on his mind is going potty. I actually tried to take him to the bathroom about 4 times, but each time Chad insisted that he didn't need to go and would tell us when he had to pee. Well, I couldn't resist saying "I told you so" as Dresden pee'd all over Chad during one of the shows. I didn't have any extra shorts for Dre, so we took off Coen's shorts and the picture above is Dresden wearing his little brother's 6 mo. shorts!

San Antonio and Sea World

We had a great little vacation last weekend in San Antonio where we stayed at an awesome resort near Sea World. The 4 hour drive was surprisingly not that bad with the kids and we were all happy to be away from the normal routine at home and in new surroundings. The babies did as good as could be expected with us dragging them around all day! We spent 2 days at the swimming pool where the babies got to experience swimming for the first time. Coen LOVED the water and Ciena HATED it! So funny! Of course Dresden loved every minute in the pool, and there was tons for him to do with a splash park, water slide, basket ball hoop, and water toys. We also spent a day and night in San Antonio, what a cool city! We visited the Children's museum, the Alamo, and of course we had to see the Riverwalk which reminded me of a miniature Venice.

It was so much fun having my mom and sisters come stay with us in Dallas over the weekend. We did some of the normal Dallas stuff, but it was mainly fun just hanging out, laughing, and watching them interact with the kids. Dresden could not get enough of his Grandma and Aunts and has talked about them every day since they left. Hopefully we will see you again soon!!

Thanks Aunt Connie for the hair cuts!
